Subscription fee, Mailbox count (typically you should send max 30 emails per day per mailbox), Domain count if PRO (each domain should have maximum of 3 mailboxes), email volume to send (as after 10k sends, the extra volume goes for $1 per thousand) and potential credits to be needed.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits? | You'll be charged the overage pricing listed for your plan. Mission Inbox notifies you before any overages are applied, and you can upgrade your plan at any time to get better rates. |
Can I switch plans at any time? | Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and any differences are prorated. |
Do you have a free trial? | No, Mission Inbox does NOT offer free trials. |
Do you offer custom enterprise plans? | Yes. For teams sending over 10M emails per month or requiring custom features, contact the sales team for a custom quote. |
Do I get Shared IPs or Dedicated IPs? | You get between 2 or 3 dedicated IPs depending on volume. |
How do credits work? | There are currently 3 features that cost credits: Mailbox Warmup (7 credits), Domain Warmup (32 credits) and Inbox Placement tests (1 credit). Each credit represent $0.50 USD and you can use as many as you want, they will be billed on your next invoice based on how many you used in the last 30 days. |
Do Warmup emails count towards your email sent count? | Yes, your email send usage count every email that got to our servers to be sent out. |
Do I have to pay for subdomains as well? | Yes, the $2 charge is for any active domain or subdomain in our infrastructure. |
Can I use your API in Starter plan? | We have 2 sets of API. We have the Platform API which you can access in Starter. However, if you want to use our API Sending capabilities, you will need to be a PRO user. |
How much do additional mailboxes cost? | The first 30 mailboxes are included in your subscription and every extra mailbox would cost $3 per month in STARTER and $2 per month in PRO |
Can I buy domains from your platform? | No, to make sure you are the owner of everything, we do not sell domains from our platform. You will need to add them. However, we do have integrations with cloudflare and godaddy |
How do I pay for emails send? | The first 10,000 emails are included in your subscription fee. Any extra sends are charged at $1 per thousand emails. |
How does warm-up work? | By enabling the warmup to your mailboxes each of them will be sending 50 warmup emails per day with a 50/50 split between outlooks and googles. While for Domain warmup, each domain will get to send up to 300 emails per day after a 5 day ramp period to increase the domain reputation with recipient servers. |
Is there a limit on how many domains I can add? | Nope! You can add unlimited domains. |
Can I connect GoDaddy or Cloudflare directly? | Yes! For automated DNS setup and faster onboarding, you can add your GoDaddy or Cloudflare API key. This allows Mission Inbox to push DNS records instantly without manual entry. For Cloudflare: Go to your profile (upper right corner avatar) Click on “My profile” On the left sidebar go to “API tokens” On Global API key, click “View” Enter your password Copy the key Enter it on API key in Mission Inbox Click Save For GoDaddy: Go to https://developer.godaddy.com Log in Go to API Keys Create new API key. Make sure to select “production” Click on Next Copy and paste the Key and the secret key on Mission Inbox accordingly. Click save |
